The breakfast food was freshly made and reasonably-priced. The hotel had a stunning location a minute walk from Louis Xviii Column. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with French dishes.

Unexpected charm in Calais
The hotel staff were cute, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety that fueled our adventures. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus!
Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't function. Some areas felt outdated and in need of care.

I had a lovely stay with a perfect view of the beach from my room and the hotel's proximity to the beautiful Richelieu Park made my weekend city strolls more fun, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions like the excellent Calais Lighthouse and charming restaurants just a few steps away.

Comfortable, clean and very handy for the ferry.
Sadly, our room smelled of smoke upon arrival. The air conditioning was out of order, and it made the room uncomfortably hot. Noise from the town persisted throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep.

The hotel was very well setup and well run, it was comfortable and welcoming. The room was very nice with all amenities, we will definately stay here again.
